We've been a customer for at least 8 or 9 years - Josh you solicited our neighborhood and won us over. I saw the Grassroots truck pull up this month and park in between my house and my neighbors house - he never got out of the truck. Was he supposed to treat my yard? There has been no grassroots sign left in my yard for over a month and i have been feverously pulling weeds wondering what is going on. My grass looks terrible. Also, i called to find out why the termite guy isn't coming any more - i was told you all separated your companies. Well, what about my house? No one has been treating it and i never received notice. I asked the lady at your office to have the termite man call me - i never have received a call or had any evidence that he has been by. A real confidence killer. Can you please advise?
