I was disappointed that I had a different rep come to my house. I have had various issues in the past, which the individual who came to my house had no idea of these issues. While this person was pleasant, I do not feel he was helpful. I prefer to have my normal rep come out to the house in the future. If he is not available, then I will reschedule.
