We are on an extended inspection contract that we inherited when we bought our house seven years ago. Every spring, a thorough inspection is done of the area around the house, the hidden foundation areas under the deck, and the perimeter of the basement.
I am very comfortable that if there was another attack on the house, it would be caught and responded to quickly.
