The technician was amazing, and was very knowlegable because of him I would use your company again. Unfortunately, your receptionist seemed like it was a hastle for her to help me book my appointment. I had contemplated asking the waranty company to use someone else but after the technician came out, he made up for the horrible customer service I recieved.
