My email to them: I am EXTREMELY disappointed in your company. Either the product you are using DOES NOT WORK, the technician is not applying it properly or the frequency of you applications is failing. I used to self treat my yard and house and I NEVER had any issues whatsoever with roaches, ants, fleas, spiders....nothing. Since I have been using your company I have had problems with ALL OF THE ABOVE. My garage is full of spiders that I now have to get rid of because they are showing up inside my house. I have killed several roaches inside the house. Including the large tree roaches and smaller traditional roaches. My yard has ants everywhere, going into my house structure, and flower beds. And now I apparently have fleas in my yard. Not on my dogs because they are treated but in my yard.
I am about ten seconds from firing you and going back to my own treatment process.
At this point I have ZERO confidence in the termite inspection and service I originally used from you
This is the fourth treatment in just over four months. I killed another roach in our master bath this morning.
If what you are saying is true about taking up to two weeks to kill off the existing pests, then YOUR FREQUENCY OF USE IS NOT ENOUGH. If after three other treatments in four months the pest are still in the zone enough to infiltrate the product line then your products SUCK.
I'm done.
You are officially fired.
I will find someone else or I will start treating on my own again. Remove me from your customer files and I will be calling the corporate office as well.
