I am not happy with part of the service. They replaced my insulation and plywood flooring in the attic because it had become a Club Med for rats. In the process, my pull down ladder was broken and after 2 reviews by this company, they refused to reimburse me for the ladder which was only 2 weeks old and installed specifically for this work. No recommendation from me. Pat H.
