I would not recommend Home Paramount to any future client. My experience in making an appointment and having the technician not show up without any explanation was a nightmare. I called to confirm my appointment and I was informed that my appointment was still on. However, when the day arrived, the technician did not show and no explanation was ever given to me as to why the technician never showed up for the initial appointment. A couple of days later, I received a call from a Home Paramount technician informing me that I had missed my appointment, which by the way, I did not make. Someone at Home Paramount scheduled me for any appointment without my knowledge. I ended up making another appointment and the technician called on the day of the appointment to inform me that he was on his way. Then he called later to inform me that his truck had broken down and he was waiting for his supervisor to arrive to assist him. He eventually arrived late and was missing some supplies to do the job. The whole unprofessional experience has left me with a very impression of Home Paramount.
