I was scheduled yesterday from 2-4pm for my 3 month maintenance. James showed up 40 min early (My Ring Doorbell Camera showed him ringing my doorbell) and I was not home yet. When I got home at 1:40, I called Yuma Pest to let them know he showed up early but I was home now. They called James and he came back out a half hour later. When James showed up, he came in the house to spray and when he was done, I started to tell him about the backyard and what needed to be sprayed and he said when he stopped by earlier that he did the outside and he was already running behind schedule. After James left, I realized that he never sprayed the outside because our Ring Doorbell motion detector did not catch hi spraying our front patio and front door!!! I pay alot of money for this service and this is horrible to be lied to.
