Not happy with the service during the last month. The appointment was scheduled for last month and the exterminator didn't show up. Same day call the main number, they were supposed to call me back but they didn't. I called them back after 3 weeks to schedule a new appointment. The new appointment was scheduled for this past Friday between 8:00 - 10:00 but again the exterminator didn't show up. I called the main number at 10:15 to check to status. The lady told me that they scheduled me for Saturday with an exterminator that was off that day. This is totally unacceptable. Again, another day waited. She found another exterminator for the same day that was available between 12-2:00. He was supposed to call me back on his way to my home but he just showed up without calling. During the service, he left traps in places where the family members are often walking and can easily be misplaced.
