Very disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the findings and exact treatment. When calling to ask about it since no one called me or messaged me about anything, i got attitude and defensiveness. The 30 day reinspection would not have happened had I not called about it. Then I felt the technician was confrontational with me when he came back. That was unnecessary and unprofessional. I still did not get any kind of phone call or message regarding the findings.
