Both times we've used Housekeeping Associates, we've had nothing but the best! Not only are they thorough and very professional, but very kind as well. They definitely understood what we wanted and delivered 100%. Additionally, I thought that it was a very nice touch that they gave US a thank-you/holiday card as they were leaving. That's the kind of customer service and courtesy you don't see very often!
