I was very impressed with Bio-Tech. We had rats in the attic and have three attic spaces. I'm not sure how many rat traps they put in the attic but I saw the tech carry in a box of them. They can back and removed the dead rats, sealed up the places they thought they came in through. Vacuumed up the droppings the rats made. I definitely will call them I'd I have anymore problems! They were punctual for the appointments and everyone we dealt with were very professional.
