We love your service, unfortunately the lady who came was obnoxious! She asked who was taking care of our cinch bug problem in the yard and when I told her who, she stopped and said "your kidding me!" I didn't appreciate that comment! Then she asked what we were doing about our termite problem as our house was wood and stucco, I said "are you saying we have termites? and our house is CBS construction!" then she argued and said NO! the back is wood!she was correct in that our patio is wood and the addition is wood. but I didn't need her being argumentative!!! she offered a termite inspection after saying she really didn't know! My husband said he would think about it. PLEASE DO NOT SEND HER BACK NEXT TIME! AS WE LOVE YOUR SERVICE AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE! THANK YOU, sorry to have to report this but didn't appreciate her comments and attitude!!
