We've used Bug Authority for a couple years now and have had nothin but great results and service. Allison is our technician and she is great! The results speak volumes though. We went from having roughly 25+ brown recluse in traps around house (2+ years ago) to now maybe 3-4 on avg. Our last treatment yielded 0. We can't recommend Bug Authority enough.
