We have been trying to rid ourselves of the service for over a year and they just came back. I assumed that every year that I would have the option to renew or not. Not so, just calling and informing someone was not enough. I did that last season/year to no avail, I kept getting notices that someone was scheduled to come. So I would call to cancel, being told it was too late, they will stop it for next month for sure. But they kept coming, month after month, call after call. I would either talk to someone, or leave a message, send an email...and still getting billed for something I did not want or feel worked, hence the cancelling. Yesterday, I came home to find a tag on my door knob, first of the season. You got to be kidding me! I thought for sure they were aware I was canceled last year. Now I am told that I was suppose to send a written letter??? I never heard that before, where am I sending such letter? And who is getting mosquitos 3 days after the last snow flurry? I called again today with the promise of the service stopping but a refund could not happen. We will see if they come next month.
