I called Adios Pest Control on a Saturday afternoon regarding a swarm of bees outside my daughters second story window. The representative was polite and direct. He gave me the estimate since it was after hours and on a weekend and he booked the appointment. He was currently on another call and could not get to me until later that night. Adios Pest Control was the only company advertising 24 hour service on the weekend in the Southbay / Chula Vista area that answered their phone. The representative called and checked in with me twice letting me know a better time of arrival and also called when we left his current job. He showed up, my wife explained the issue, he assessed the situation and eradicated the problem. Also since the swarm was inside our roof, not only did he kill the bees but suggested future service to get the hive out so there wouldn't be any problems in the future. Extremely pleased with the quality of service and result.
