I was under the impression that for me specifically requesting treatment for spiders and being upsold on a bimonthly contract, that special attention would be taken to address the actual pests I needed handled. It was my understanding that dewebbing would happen, but the interior and exterior of my home still has dozens of the same webs I was concerned about, some with living spiders still in them. It was more than a bit disappointing.
