I have had issues with my pest control service. Not with the service itself but I guess the customer service. I have had automated calls three times and had a message left to say my pest control is scheduled. Twice I have arranged to have someone home and both times the tech has not shown. When I called I was told by the operator that sometimes they will do the service if you don't answer but sometimes they won't. That is very poor business. As your message clearly states if you are not home your outside service will be done and if there is a problem you can call to reschedule inside service. So I didn't feel it was necessary to call since they say you don't have to. One of the techs on one visit found dry wood termites and called to have someone else come look at it. This happened the same day which was wonderful. The tech came and couldn't find an entry and stated they were sending someone to check upstairs outside the bathroom window. This never happened. Then we were told they would follow up for measurements just in case it needed to be tented. This never happened either. He techs have all been wonderful but the customer service is poor. I will not be renewing my contract when my commitment is complete. When I explained this to the girl I spoke to to reschedule my appointment seemed unconcerned by this.
