Called to report pests, scheduled appointment quickly, but unfortunately no instructions were provided at that time to prepare for visit, causing the technician to reschedule after arriving on time. Thankfully Jimmy was able to return the next day and I followed up over phone to receive preparation instructions. Service was great, pests appear to be eliminated at this point.
