Where I have not had the best service, It is certainly not the worst. The product that is used is fair but extremely slow in its effectiveness. I also ask to be called before every service and I certainly did not receive any call prior to my service yesterday. In the past I paid for service I did not receive, I was told by a supervisor that I would receive a call everytime before service and my service would be on Tuesday.
