The technician was very professional and friendly. He arrived a bit early but asked if that was acceptable (which it was), then went right to work performing the inspectors on both the home and the dehumidifier. Upon completion he reviewed the findings (all positive). I enjoyed the conversation we got to have regarding our experiences in the military.
