The technician always calls to tell me that he is on his way. He knows that I have Persian kitties and uses products outside where he knows it is safe. After the heavy rains, he sprayed and offered to come back to redo it. The techs are a pleasure to do business with! I really need the visits as it prevents the Ants from over taking our property!!
