The man came without an appointment when I had previously told them I want to know when he comes since I have 3 dogs. I did not answer the door since I was not expecting anyone. He proceeded to sit in his truck in my driveway. I looked outside several times. I was sitting in my den with my dogs & can see the back yard. He never came around spraying the outside foundation or on the porches. I figured I would get a phone call to reschedule, but instead I received a bill for his services. I could NOT believe that he billed my without doing any work! Don't you keep track of the amount of spray used so you know if they did the job? I had to call them to rescheduled & I asked for a different technician. Hopefully, this will not happen again.
