We have had AAI for several years and we are always pleased with their customer service. The office and technicians are always courteous and thorough. When we have had pest issues in the past they take the time to explain the situation and best actions. They always come to the door prior to starting service to make ask if we had any issues or anything that needed to be taken care of and to make sure that our children and pets are inside.
Recently our technician did a great job! As he pulled up he saw us with children on the front porch. He was very considerate and called to confirm it would be okay to provide the service before proceeding since we were outside.
