This is the first time I have had a bee problem that required a professional, as it was in a small apartment building. Arterix Pest Control was the second company I dealt with. When I called Arterix, I was able to speak with Art on the phone to describe what was going on. And while I was unable to e-mail or tweet photos, Art was fairly certain of the type of bees (yellow jackets) based on everything described. He explained what the treatments would entail and the warranty. Most importantly, he was able to get to us right away, which I really appreciated given the inconvenience to the tenant. He called me to schedule the second treatment within his stated timeframe (I did not have to call him). Everything turned out just as described. He also told me what and when to make preventive repairs.

Art is not only a consummate professional, but is also very easy to talk to. He is punctual and very considerate of the time of others. I will be using Arterix Pest Control/The Beekeepers for all future pest control needs.
