I used to be happy with my service but lately my calls have gone ignored. I've left messages to sign up for additional services and even texted one of the gentlemen that typically comes to the house without follow through. A technician also noshowed for the whole 4 hours they were scheduled to come out to get us start up with additional pest services. Unfortunately due to the pest situation worsening, I may need to now switch to a different company.
