I am not able to rate this visit as I was not home which means Paramount must visit again to do the inside along with my back porch as it 14 ft off the ground. I was not made aware of the visit until Friday after their office closed, and today, the day of the service, is Monday. I was not happy with the last visit due to the changes Paramount has made. My garage and back porch have issues with spiders and the last quarterly service did not solve the problem for very long. Another issue I have is that none of the Technicians have ever worn shoe protection when coming in the house. I've questioned this and have been told that they ran out. We do not wear shoes in our home, so why would I want them wearing shoes after traipsing all over the outside of people's homes, etc.? The Technician I spoke with over the phone today was very courteous and hopes to keep my business with Paramount. I will be scheduling a return visit by him. The unfortunate thing is that all the drivers have to drive soooo far to my home. Seems Paramount should work at increasing their market in the SC area. I basically live on the border of NC/SC.
