I had a great experience with this company during an extremely stressful bed bug situation. This was the third company I called and they were so quick to accommodate me! While I was on the phone with a customer service rep/dispatcher they were able to connect with a technician that was in my area and he was at my door in 15 minutes for an inspection. He explained the whole process to me in detail, and also let me know what I needed to do to prep for the treatment. I was such a wreck and he made me feel confident that they would take care of everything. The inspection took place on a Friday and he was able to come back Monday morning to perform the treatment and IT WORKED!!!! Highly recommend this company!
