This was my initial treatment, and the scheduled technician was unable to keep the appointment. Rather than cancel or reschedule, the owner showed up to do the job. Jacob arrived 20 minutes early and spent nearly 2 hours cleaning the outside of my house and spraying both inside and outside. Jacob was worried about my four kittens and worked with me to spray my house in zones which allowed the spray to dry before allowing the kittens out of one bedroom. He then sprayed the final bedroom.

My main complaint was with ants, but Jacob discovered a couple of wasp nests that I was unaware of. He sprayed to eliminate those as well. I can only hope that the product rises to the level of the customer service provided. I am very pleased and will be happy to have them return in two months.
