Usually arrive within the window given and that was the case this time. I always receive a call when I'm next letting me know approximate time of arrival. Very thorough in the inspection and spraying, checking sticky traps/replacing, and outside rodent boxes. Have not had any problems with rats or mice since I've had Home Paramount.
