He completed task and explained everything to us. Thanked him and he left. Within maybe 5 minutes he called us and said he could have another technician here within 15 minutes ( Bill). In that time, we received our Termite Report from the Realtor. Outstanding job well done Bill was here within 15 minutes, he thoroughly explained what was going to be done for the first time and what happens on a monthly basis. He completed his job and left.
