I give it two starts because it has been a slow start. First, I got a wrong charge for my service, then there was a misunderstanding in appointment and what was to be done during that appointment. I also got the pest inspection but I still have wasps above my front door even after I specifically addressed it with technician when he came to my house. I also filled out a survey 5 days ago thinking I would definitely get a call addressing my concerns but nothing. So I really don’t know that it deserves a two star at this point.
