Pleasant experience with technician but when requested mice glue pads to be placed under house he refused and said Neuse doesn't use them and they are a waste of time. Well, after years of mice chewing wires on HVAC causing outages in AC/heat, we haven't found anything else that stops them. He said he put out poison which is a much better measure to get rid of the mice - but my issue is that doesn't create an immediate barrier to stop them from destroying our HVAC unit. I've never been told no before when I suggested something that has known to work - is Neuse going to pay to have my HVAC repaired? Because the mice will definitely will destroy it again - let's hope it doesn't happen during these 100 degree days of summer!
