I am pleased with Catseye who I called when my mouse problems began again. A few years earlier I had a problem and called multiple pest control companies who came out, but did not adequately address the source of the problem - where the mice were coming in from. Catseye responded to my initial inquiry same day (which was a Sunday) and I had an appointment promptly. I was surprised by the cost for the excluder product and to be honest, a bit skeptical, but I knew the steel wook and foam were not working. The excluder product is impressive and I do feel like I will protected. I have only had the excluder on for a week or so. That is why I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
