I had a new exterminator who did not check to see the chemical agents used to previously kill my gophers. He used a completely different agent that can be toxic to pets. I was home and was not asked about changing the agent from Diphacinone to Strychnine. My enclosed yard is a safe haven for cats from the coyotes. I called Lloyds after I read the report that was left in my door and spoke with several different people trying to problem solve this issue. My regular exterminator will come back on Monday to ensure that the agent isn't visible or accessible to the cats and the supervisor I spoke with will Hopefully ensure that previous property treatment is reviewed and if changes are made it is made with the homeowners consent.
