Sent this to you by email yesterday afternoon but had no response...
I just about just had a heart attack! When the technician came this morning, I asked him to PLEASE be sure he closed my side gate to back yard where I let my dog in/out. We even had a conversation (actually TWO conversations) about it, and how she's rarely ever got out but the time she did, she was standing at my front door and I saw here through the glass door and panicked... years ago. He ASSURED me he closed the gate but would double check on his way out.

I just 5 minutes ago glanced out my front window by my chair and see my dog IN THE DITCH ALMOST IN THE BUSY ROAD BY MY HOUSE! Cars zooming by! I'm sitting here, with a cast on my leg propped up the air from foot surgery and can barely get to kitchen door to let her in/out!
I jumped up and hobbled out the front door.... didn't even grab my crutches, and started calling her name to get her in here! My stomach sank as cars were zooming by! Thank goodness she came when I called so I didn't have to try and get out there with this cast on.

He was a very nice fellow... petted her, even was kind enough to put a bag of trash out in the bin for me, but THIS isn't acceptable. Especially considering we had a detailed conversation about leaving the gate open and that could NOT be done since I let her in/out back there where he'd opened the gate to come in to spray around out there.

Sure enough, once I got her back in, I hobbled out the kitchen door to look... gate wide open! :(

Service good. Tech good, but this gate issue is why i rated lower than my usual 5 stars!
