I work night shift and was surprised when Winston showed up. He stated that I should have received a phone call, which I did not. I have not been notified prior to any appointments since my initial visit. Please notify me via email instead of by phone. Winston was apologetic and offered to reschedule but seeing he was here and the last appointment he was only able to treat outside, I let him complete my in home treatment. I am not impressed with my services so far and am considering cancelling my contract unless there is a change.
