Our initial Termite company didn't show up for the schedule fumigation service so I called Premium Termite and Pest Control. We had just purchased a house and were renovating it so we were on a pretty tight schedule. I talked to Brie on a Friday, late afternoon and she was able to schedule us for an inspection the next day as they had just had a cancellation. The inspector was extremely professional and informative, presented the same findings as our previous inspection but recommended a slightly different and more thorough course of action. Brie called me that Saturday afternoon to let me know that she would get an estimate to me ASAP and that she would be working the next day, Sunday, if I needed to talk with her. She got me the estimate on that Sunday afternoon and called to follow up and talk it over and was able to schedule the fumigation for that upcoming week. Everything went to the planned schedule, the cost was virtually the same as the company that didn't show up and we felt that Premium Termite was a much more professional outfit. Plus, we were happy to be able to hire a local company!
