Maurice came to my home in Suffolk on June 5, 2017. He came between the 12-4 hour range (2pm exactly), was very professional explaining what was wrong with my system and what he was going to do to fix it. He didn't mind me looking over and asking questions while doing it (even while it was raining). He gave me recommendations on how to prolong the usage of my system as well as giving me great information about using the Bell Cow planned maintenance inspections. I hope nothing goes wrong with my A/C for a while, but if it does I only want to see Maurice come to the house.
