I have not yet been contacted about the repairs on my roof and my tenting was completed about 10 days ago. I paid a substantial sum for the "roof Insurance" (the amount for which changed at the last minute and was much higher than the original bid) and was promised that all repairs would be made within a week. No one has called or come by to take care of this. Also, Lloyds reviewed my roof just a week previous to my tenting for their bid and they said there were 59 tiles broken, then Harbor's subcontractor tried to tell me there were 112 broken tile, double the number!!! I really wish Harbor had done the tenting instead of subcontracting it, I have less faith in the group they used, and the non responsiveness now on roof repairs is very concerning.
