They have been outstanding from Day 1. My wife discovered mice in our house, was immediately upset and called a national chain who came out right away. They tried to scare her into committing to several thousand dollars of ongoing treatment. We sought a 2nd opinion and Accel came right out that same day, presented the facts and options at a significantly lower cost. They have been treating our home ever since and no mice since.
