I have rats in my attic. The technician who came out to evaluate the situation was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. When I called the office to accept the proposal, the admin told me I'd need to sign the proposal and get it back to Sentry before she would make an appointment for services. It was not acceptable for the technician to pick up the signed service agreement when he arrived to do service. This process does not address the urgency I feel to get the rats out of my attic. I hung up and decided to go with another service. Point of reference: the other service gave me a quote over the phone and set traps within 24 hours of my call.
