Luke is awesome and always takes the time to answer my questions.
I called recently regarding seeing some type of wasp going in my wind chimes on my porch. The women I spoke to did not want yo send anyone out. She moved my regular scheduled appointment back a week. I still had to wait 4 days for that. I have young grandchildren and did not want them stung. We have had your company for over 25 years and whenever there was an outside issue they came right away. I am not sure when you changed this policy.
