have asked ad nauseum for copy of the service ticket, still not getting them. the tech is supposed to call our maintenance supervisor prior to the service call, that is very spotty. consequently, we are not getting service inside the building as we are paying for all the time. we have critters in several locations and cannot determine if that is because service visits are sporadic or if the tech is not treating the areas properly. we have called about this on occasion, but we still have some issues with bugs.
