Agreement 32320: Home treated on 11-4-22. On morning of 11-10, termites were overtaking my bedroom--on bed, chair, carpet. I could not squash them fast enough! Called Rachel in Customer Service. She said would try to get an inspector there this afternoon. Joshua Hartley arrived within an hour or so. Flashlight in hand, he inspected every area and found evidence at the top corner of cathedral ceiling. Treated and sealed it. Then, for some reason, he took a good look at the overstuffed chair and noted two toothpick-sized holes near top of chair. Then turned chair upside down. Droppings and visible damage to wood underneath. (Source No. 2!) Joshua vacuumed all affected areas. He suggested getting rid of the chair. Agreed. He was kind enough to take it outside for me as I had no one to do that. What a great employee you have in Joshua! Also, Rachel's quick response was so appreciated. If the wood replacement goes well, I will recommend Kilter to my neighbor, who also has termites.
