Home Paramount's response was fantastic; however, basically everything we were told would happen in the next steps did not happen as told. We were told 4 people would show up the next day to work on our basement problem, we had 1. Holes to reach through our foundation were to be drilled up above head level; they were drilled at waist level. They did show up at the time they scheduled, even a little early.
