Love the service. We still get scorpions and bugs, but I'm not sure how much of that is due to the spray vs our location buffered along the canal. Austin as a tech is always very responsive and kind. My only request would be to get a few more days notice about when the service will be scheduled (versus a reminder call the day before). That way if I need to arrange to be available, I have a bit more time to make that happen.
