Very irritated with this company. We bought a groupon in September for a one time service. This month, we got a $75 dollar charge on our credit card so I called to find out and she said that my husband had called and she told him that it was going to cost $75 to cancel the contract & he apparently agreed to that. However, after talking to my husband,he claims he never had that conversation with the lady. So I called back and they didn"t even have a contract on file for us because WE NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT. We got an email a while back to sign it or the services wouldn"t be continued. Thankfully, they say they will issue a refund but I don"t understand how they have the authority to change my account without confirming that there"s a signed contract on file.
