I had pest pro come out to inspect my property for termites. I told the inspector that I was told I needed my property fumigated by another company. He did a pretty good inspection but recommend spot treating about 10 or 11 areas. I asked about fumigation and he told me I did not need to do it. When I questioned again saying I wanted to do the best thing he insisted I did not need to tent my house. Once I got the contract to do the work, it stated that the number 1 recommended action was fumigation and that the spot treatment was the secondary because I the homeowner was asking for an alternative to tenting. This is a lie. It also said a very different story on the warranty that my inspector explained to me. I am not happy as I feel I have been lied to and if for some reason I did not read all the details of the contract I would be in trouble. Bad business and I do not recommend anyone having pest pro come out for a termite inspection. I later learned they do not fumigate. They sub it out. I was not told a truthful solution. Can not recommend.
