Really wonderful service! I recently took possession of a new home where in the previous owner had a dog with a bad case of fleas. EPM came to do an initial treatment of the unit, which was vacant and remained vacant for 2 weeks. Two days before I moved in a came to check the place out before moving and found a few more fleas (which is totally normal with a vacant unit!) I was worried because we were outside the 30 day warranty but they took such good care of me! They came the same day I called and gave me so much good information as far as what I can expect to see, answered all my questions. I just could not believe how accommodating they were. It honestly felt like I was just asking a friend for a favor and some advice.
